I am exclusively partnering with a dynamic and growing SME to recruit a Service Co-ordinator to join an established, friendly team within an ambitious privately owned business.

Reporting to the Service Desk Supervisor, this is an excellent time to join the company as they enter their next phase of growth, offering genuine opportunities for career progression and development.

Role overview:
You will be responsible for coordinating service activity and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service desk, acting as a key point of contact for customers, engineers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming service requests via phone, email, and service systems
  • Coordinating engineer call-outs and workload allocation
  • Monitoring SLAs and progressing requests efficiently
  • Maintaining CRM records, orders, invoices, and payment terms
  • Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting quotations and general service administration

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service, service desk, or coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
