£85,000 + £5,486 Car Allowance + 17.5% Bonus

I am partnering with a highly respected, £500m+ turnover financial services organisation to recruit a Senior Manager – FP&A.

The Role:
This is a senior leadership role within Group FP&A, responsible for leading the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles across a complex operational and project cost base. You will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making, delivering insightful performance reporting, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
You will:
- Lead the Group annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop and own robust financial models for long-range planning, scenario analysis and stress testing
- Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve the accuracy and quality of plans
- Deliver monthly performance reporting, providing clear insight on KPIs, trends, risks and opportunities
- Present financial performance and strategic insight to Executive Committee and Board
- Own and optimise the operational and project cost base, driving efficiency and robust business cases
- Lead, develop and coach a team of 5, building a centre of excellence within FP&A
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems and reporting capabilities

About You:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE
- Proven FP&A or Commercial Finance leadership experience
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Track record of leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders, including Exec and Board level
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insight
- Advanced Excel and experience improving FP&A tools and processes
- A leadership style that drives accountability, performance and continuous improvement
