- This is not a “turn the handle” reporting role.

The Role:
You will:
- Own operational cost reporting and deliver meaningful variance analysis
- Partner closely with Cost Centre Managers and senior stakeholders
- Lead conversations around cost drivers and performance improvement
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Deliver clear, concise financial insight via Excel and PowerPoint
- Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
- You will be expected to challenge, probe and add value — not simply circulate reports.
- This is a role where you influence decisions and improve performance.

About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA (part-qualified, qualified)
- Advanced Excel skills (confident analysing large data sets)
- Strong PowerPoint capability – able to present clear commercial narratives
- Confident partnering with cost centre managers
- Curious, commercially minded and proactive
- Comfortable discussing cost drivers and operational performance
