FP&A Modelling Analyst

I am partnering with a highly respected, £500m turnover organisation to recruit an FP&A Modelling Analyst.

The Role:
This role sits at the heart of a £150m revenue and £100m cost base planning process, supporting strategic decision-making, evaluating business performance, and delivering clear commercial insight across the organisation.
You will:
- Build, enhance and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis and pricing
- Build flexible and dynamic models to support strategic and commercial decision-making
- Translate model outputs into clear commercial insights, identifying risks, opportunities and recommended actions
- Conduct in-depth sensitivity and variance analysis, and scenario testing to assess financial risks and opportunities
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards and forecasting outputs that deliver clear, actionable insight
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting cycles, including planning assumptions and group submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with key performance metrics

About You:
- Proven experience in Financial Modelling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
- Advanced Excel including Power Query, Power Pivot, and building automated, scalable models
- Deep understanding of financial modelling
- Experience with forecasting, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
- Experience creating dashboards, visualisations, or automated reports
- Ideally ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
