I am partnering with a highly respected, £500m turnover organisation to recruit an FP&A Modelling Analyst.

The Role:

This role sits at the heart of a £150m revenue and £100m cost base planning process, supporting strategic decision-making, evaluating business performance, and delivering clear commercial insight across the organisation.

You will:

  • Build, enhance and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis and pricing
  • Build flexible and dynamic models to support strategic and commercial decision-making
  • Translate model outputs into clear commercial insights, identifying risks, opportunities and recommended actions
  • Conduct in-depth sensitivity and variance analysis, and scenario testing to assess financial risks and opportunities
  • Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards and forecasting outputs that deliver clear, actionable insight
  • Own monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting cycles, including planning assumptions and group submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with key performance metrics

About You:

  • Proven experience in Financial Modelling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
  • Advanced Excel including Power Query, Power Pivot, and building automated, scalable models
  • Deep understanding of financial modelling
  • Experience with forecasting, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
  • Experience creating dashboards, visualisations, or automated reports
  • Ideally ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
