I’m exclusively partnering with a forward-thinking, high-growth SME in Swindon to recruit a Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an exciting opportunity to take a highly visible, impactful role at the heart of a business undergoing significant growth and transformation.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping the company’s financial future—leading day-to-day finance operations while supporting strategic initiatives that drive performance, profitability, and long-term success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Oversee all core finance functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, treasury, and month-end processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team.
- Support the leadership team in delivering a financial strategy aligned with growth plans and commercial objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Manage risks related to currency fluctuations and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
