Finance Manager
£68,000 + 10% Bonus + Competitive Benefits
Hybrid 2 Days Office Based / 3 Days Home Based.

I am currently working in partnership with an ambitious company In Swindon (T/O £500m) to recruit a Finance Manager.
Leading a small finance team, the role will include overseeing the completion of month-end reporting, regulatory reporting and focusing on continuous improvements with processes, systems and controls.
About the job:
- Management and mentoring of team to support and encourage their development
- Management of month end process across the team and ownership of key processes payroll, cash control culminating with the production of the month end reports.
- Completion of regulatory reporting requirements
- Oversee the integrity & accuracy of balance sheet along with preparation and review of monthly reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain strong and effective processes and controls driving continuous improvement across the department.
- Operational management of the Treasury function and banking systems
- Support the year end audit
- Ad-hoc projects
