About The Job:

In this role you will:

• Provide commercial financial analysis and insight to support decision-making across the business
• Report and analyse key performance metrics, including product and customer profitability
• Evaluate capital investment opportunities and operational improvements
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support data-driven strategic decisions
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and commercial modelling to improve performance and profitability
• Identify trends and insights from complex data to support business growth initiatives
• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles
• Collaborate across departments to improve financial visibility and operational performance

About You:

You will ideally have:

• 2+ years’ experience in an analytical or finance role supporting business performance
• The ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends or opportunities
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, question and add value
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
